Q

If I ask for a measurement request, what would be a suitable sample size?

A

Any shape is acceptable as long as the size subject to the measurement is less than or equal to 50mm.

Q

How doe we judge the accuracy of the measured values?

A

You can measure the actual workpiece with a ruler and compare it with the measured values.

Q

Why is unevenness detected even though there are no level difference?

A

When the color of the specimen changes significantly, the thickness of the laser-reflected lines changes at the boundary, and it is measured as if there is an unevenness.  This can be reduced by optimizing the exposure time and gain, or changing HDR parameters.
